This play developed from an original idea the actor Aurelie Burton had while still in training to tell her own story of growing up with autism and a stammer and the traumatic experiences she survived at different schools. Paloma, the writer, and I co-directed the piece working with genius creative enabler Tricia Hitchcock.
Actors Aurelie Burton, Liam Bergin and Kate Donnachie were an inspiration- as was rehearsing at the Royal Court.
